The APMG PPP Certification Program® (CP³P) was developed in association with multilateral development banks, including:

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
Islamic Development Bank (IsDB)
World Bank Group (WBG)

The program is partially funded by the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) with a shared vision of enhancing PPP performance globally. CP³P is a credential that demonstrates that your abilities align with international PPP best practices.

CP³P Accredited Training Organizations, including IP3, have undergone a rigorous screening and vetting process to validate their organizations’ breadth of knowledge and experience in training PPP professionals.

The Institute for Public-Private Partnerships^® (IP3) has more than 25 years of experience in training both public officials and private-sector professionals in the intricacies of procuring, designing, and executing successful public-private partnership projects, bringing an additional layer of credibility to our CP³P training curricula.

Path to PPP Specialist Certification

A CP³P Foundation Certification can be applied to the PPP certification track in place of our P-10 PPP Foundations online course. IP3’s PPP Certified Specialist program fosters worldwide excellence in the design, financing, procurement, implementation, and monitoring of PPP programs through standards that are widely recognized and consistently applied.

We do this by successfully identifying, defining, documenting, and championing commonly accepted “best practice” approaches to PPP project development and transfer this knowledge and skillsets to participants through education and training.

An IP3 PPP Specialist Certification validates a breadth of knowledge acquired through immersive training in PPP project structure.
