The key to developing and executing a successful public-private partnership program is following the plan outlined in the PPP Project Cycle. As described by The World Bank, the PPP Project Cycle consists of four phases: project identification and screening; feasibility analysis; transaction; and contract management.
This course breaks down the first two stages of this project cycle, supplying participants with the tools they need to begin the process of implementing public-private partnerships.
Through live webinar presentations with Q&A, virtual discussions, hands-on exercises, and self-paced learning, participants will gain knowledge and skills that will enable them to identify and screen projects that may be suitable for PPP delivery, as well as appreciate and understand the analyses necessary to prepare a project for successful PPP procurement.
