Indonesia IP3-Indonesia is IP3's representative office in
Jakarta, Indonesia that was set up to meet the demand for quality training in
regulation, public-private partnerships, and utility management reform in
Indonesia. Regular training courses, offered in Bahasa Indonesia, are being
offered on a monthly basis with customized programs scheduled every 3 months in
cooperation with a variety of national and local government institutions in
Indonesia. IP3 Indonesia is also offering consultancy services to the
Government of Indonesia as well as local governments and enterprises in this

MENA IP3 MENA is IP3's regional office for the Middle East
and Northern Africa. Based in Cairo, Egypt, IP3 MENA's mission is to address
the unique opportunities and constraints to the economies of the Middle
East/North Africa region through innovative applications of regulatory
initiatives, public-private partnership modes and utility reform for
participatory, sustainable development. IP3 MENA is a registered corporate
entity in the Arab Republic of Egypt and delivers off-the-shelf and customized
training products in Arabic as well as consulting services to the MENA
