IP3 MENA is IP3's regional office for the Middle East
and Northern Africa. Based in Cairo, Egypt, IP3 MENA's mission is to address
the unique opportunities and constraints to the economies of the Middle
East/North Africa region through innovative applications of regulatory
initiatives, public-private partnership modes and utility reform for
participatory, sustainable development. IP3 MENA is a registered corporate
entity in the Arab Republic of Egypt and delivers off-the-shelf and customized
training products in Arabic as well as consulting services to the MENA region.
