Prior to taking IP3’s Online Training Course, PPP Skills & Competency Development, I had only basic ideas about what PPPs are and how well developed PPPs are in most parts of the world. I developed an interest in the course when I heard about the launch of a PPP policy by the Zambian Government in November 2008. I must thank Dr. Francis Ndilila, Chairman of the PPP Working Group of the Zambian Government, who recommended that I visit the IP3 website to explore capacity building training.
