On February 7th, IP3 signed an agreement with the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Services (Arab Academy) to offer joint training programs in the Middle East.

The National Association of Regulatory Commissioners (NARUC) has entered into an Memorandum of Understanding with IP3 to further both firm's goal to promote sound regulatory practices to a global audience.

In September, a team of senior IP3 trainers implemented the seventh and final module of the Private Sector Participation (PSP) in Egyptian Water and Wastewater Utilities training series in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.
