IP3, a division of ARD, a Tetra Tech Company (hereinafter “IP3”) recognizes and respects the privacy of users of this web site.


When you choose to provide us with information about yourself, IP3 will act in a responsible manner. Information Collection and Use

 

Registration for Courses

If you choose to take an IP3 class, information collected during the registration process includes: your name, title, organization, email address, phone number, mobile number, fax number, and mailing address. Billing information such as card, card type, number and expiration date will be requested only if paying by a credit card and will be done through a secure connection. IP3 uses the email address and/or and mailing address to provide additional information (course location, start date etc.) about your selected course. Our communications department may also use the information to contact you in the event that they need to clarify your registration.

For those international participants traveling to the United States for training, we request additional travel information (travel dates, date of birth and passport number) to facilitate site visits and meetings to secure government and utility facilities.

IP3 asks for the name, mailing address and phone number of your organization’s sponsoring manager. This information is optional and is not required. IP3 uses this information to inform decision-makers via email or mail about other IP3 training opportunities.

You will be provided a user name and password to access our online course learning management system once enrollment and payment is completed.


Updating Personal Information

Choice/Opt-Out

IP3 will periodically send you email communications and postal mailings describing courses and e-newsletters on timely subject matters. At any time, participants may opt out of receiving promotional mail, faxes or email and/or e-newsletters from IP3 by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Alternatively, on any of our electronic promotional or e-newsletter communications, you can choose to Opt-Out right from the particular email sent to you.


Linking By IP3
As a convenience, this web site contains links to other sites that are not controlled by, or affiliated or associated with, IP3. Accordingly, IP3 does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or terms of use of such sites, nor does IP3 control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or materials available on such sites. Cancellation Policy
IP3 requires a minimum number of participants to administer our classroom and online courses. IP3 reserves the right to cancel any course which does not meet the minimum number of participation. Participants registered for a cancelled course are eligible for a direct transfer to another course at no additional cost within a year of the originally scheduled course date. Participants may also receive a full refund upon written request.
