"When I began this program, I really did not know what to expect as this was a new course and I felt as though we were part of the IP3 experiment in developing the course content. "The PPP Project Officer's Management Skills Development online training programme is a must for any Public Officer entrusted with, or anticipating being entrusted with, the responsibility of managing a PPP project.
