Cairo, Egypt (IP3 MENA).

Built on the same core competencies as the corporate office of IP3, each office provides capacity building and management consulting services to the relevant local and regional markets in the fields of public-private partnerships, regulation, and competitive utility management. Each office is fully staffed with technical, administrative, and logistical capabilities to implement off-the-shelf and customized training in the local/regional languages as well as carry out effective management consulting assignments. Overall strategic direction and quality control is maintained by the IP3 corporate offices in Washington, D.C.
